This document sets out all the conditions, rights and responsibilities for using the 0z365 platform. Please read it carefully in full before creating an account.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 0z365 platform and all its services. By registering an account, logging in or playing any game on 0z365, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.
0z365 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: These Terms apply only to individuals aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Eligibility

0z365 may request documents for identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport or driving licence. 0z365 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on 0z365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

3.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests take a maximum of 1 hour to process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Multiple withdrawal requests may be processed together.
3.3 Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering
0z365 strictly follows its anti-money laundering policy. If suspicious activity is identified, the account may be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonuses and Promotions
0z365 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. This section sets out the terms for receiving and using bonus benefits.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To use this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) must be met. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 and receive a ৳6,000 bonus, you will need to place total bets of ৳11,000 × 15 = ৳165,000.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer may be claimed only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonus claims made using multiple accounts will be cancelled.
- 0z365 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
- The VIP cashback bonus is paid once per week.

The terms and conditions of Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and other game providers apply. All games on the 0z365 platform are operated by third-party providers.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0z365 platform:
- Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
- Any attempt to hack the gaming system or gain unauthorised access.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Harassing, threatening or insulting other players.
- Using the platform's intellectual property without permission.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in that account.

- 0z365 is not obligated to provide compensation for any loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
- 0z365 is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks).
- 0z365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any service due to changes in law.
Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by 0z365
0z365 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
- Registration using false information.
- Evidence of system or game manipulation.
10.2 Closure by the User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, submit a request through our 24/7 live chat support. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account.
Dispute Resolution and Contact
Any dispute between 0z365 and a user will first be addressed through an attempt at amicable resolution.

Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms
These Terms apply from the date they come into effect and remain in force until a subsequent version is published. 0z365 reserves the right to change any part of these Terms.
For significant changes, registered users may be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be treated as automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
